This notice covers the public website at camdenlogic.com only. Where we act as a processor on a client assignment, data handling is governed by the written agreement for that assignment.

02

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no account system on this website, no login, no client portal and no payment facility, so we never collect credentials or payment details here.

When you submit the enquiry form, the following is collected:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your organisation, and website address if you provide one
  • The areas of interest you select
  • Engagement scale and timeline, where you choose to state them
  • The message describing your decision or assignment
  • Confirmation that you consent to us replying

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. It is never shown to visitors and is used only to discard automated submissions.

03

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Enquiry details are used to read, assess and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a written brief if the work is something we should take on. We do not use enquiry details to build a marketing list, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.

  • Consent — you tick the consent box before the enquiry is sent, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
  • Legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry addressed to us, and keeping a short record of enquiries received and how they were answered.
04

Who processes it on our behalf

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Brevo, a transactional email provider operated by Brevo SAS. Brevo processes the contents of your enquiry solely to deliver that email to our inbox, acting on our instructions as a processor.

The website is served by a hosting provider that, in common with all web hosting, processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp in server logs for security and reliability purposes. These logs are retained for a short period by the provider and are not used to profile visitors.

Your enquiry email is then held in our business email account so that we can reply to it and keep a record of the correspondence.

05

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are made under the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum, as set out in the relevant provider's own terms.

06

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for up to 24 months so that we can recognise follow-up correspondence, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an assignment, the correspondence is retained with the engagement records for as long as we are required to keep business records, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose.

Nothing submitted through this website is written to a database on the website itself. There is no visitor database to be breached, because there is no visitor database.

07

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we have no continuing reason to keep it
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved
  • Objection — object to processing carried out under legitimate interests
  • Portability — ask for the data you gave us in a portable format
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

To exercise any of these rights, email info@camdenlogic.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

08

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run a third-party analytics or behavioural profiling service. Our cookie notice sets out the position in full and will be updated before any measurement tool is introduced.

09

Changes to this notice

If we change how the website handles personal data — for example by introducing a measurement tool — this notice will be updated and the revision date at the top of the document changed. Material changes will be described in the notice itself rather than applied quietly.
