These terms govern use of the website only. Consultancy work is governed by the separate written agreement for that assignment, which takes precedence over anything published here.

Everything published here describes the services CamdenLogic is registered to provide and the assignments it is structured to run. It is general information about the practice, not advice on your circumstances, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a commissioned assignment.

Submitting the enquiry form, or emailing us, does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed. A relationship begins only when scope, fees and terms are agreed in writing by both parties.

We may decline an enquiry, including where it sits outside our registered activities, where there is a conflict, or where we do not consider ourselves the right practice for the work. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material with a first enquiry; a short description is enough to establish fit.

This is not a shop and not an application. The website has no checkout, no billing, no subscription, no credit or wallet facility, no user accounts, no login, no dashboard and no client portal. Nothing can be bought or paid for here.

Fees for consultancy work are agreed in writing and invoiced directly. If a page ever appears to offer online payment on this domain, it is not ours — please tell us.

All content on this website — text, structure, the CamdenLogic name and mark, and the visual design — belongs to CAMDEN LOGIC SYSTEMS LTD or is used with permission. You may read, print and quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

Work produced during an assignment is dealt with in the engagement agreement, which sets out what is transferred to the client and what remains our methodology.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
